From the perspective of practical value, MBA courses are reasonably arranged. On the basis of my own working experience, it is easier to comprehend and master the specific knowledge. MBA learning has made me deeply feel the power of the team work, which made me able to apply management communication strategies, to change the way of thinking in the process of management communication, to improve and strengthen my influence and persuasion. What I have learnt can be actively and appropriately applied to real-life contexts in order to improve work efficiency.
