On April 15th, 2019, faculty members and students of Federation University Australia paid a visit to DUT School of Economics and Management (SEM).
On behalf of the School, Li Xianneng, the associate professor and deputy dean of SEM, showed the warmly welcome to the visiting teachers and students. During the meeting, Li introduced the general situation of the history, mission, degree programs and teacher-student ratio of SEM. Then, he mentioned that having obtained both AACSB and EQUIS accreditations, SEM has established good relationships with universities in the United States, Germany, Canada, Japan and other countries. Meanwhile, Li expressed the desire for establishing deeper exchanges and cooperation relationships with Federation University Australia. After the meeting, staffs of SEM showed the teachers and students who come from FedUni around the beautiful campus of DUT.
This was their first time coming to China and there will be a one-week period for staying here. In order to make the guests learn more about Chinese culture, the School has already arranged a series of activities and on-site experiences with Chinese characteristics, including Sado, Tai Chi, and badminton and so on. It is hoped that the delegation can enjoy their time in SEM.
