嘉宾简介
贾索博士在克莱蒙特研究生院（ClaremontGraduate University）获得政治学博士学位和公共政策硕士学位。此外，他还拥有佩珀代因大学（PepperdineUniversity）的工商管理硕士（MBA）学位和加州大学洛杉矶分校（University of California, Los Angeles）的学士学位。在执教大学之前，他曾在丽思卡尔顿酒店（Ritz-Carlton Hotel Company）从事多年的酒店管理工作，并曾在一家全国性医疗机构的担任营销总监，并且他还在管理咨询行业为包括医疗保健、制造业、酒店业、财富管理等多个行业的客户提供服务。现在，Jasso博士是一家跨国农业公司的董事会成员，并且经常与来自中国、越南、日本、印度、墨西哥和英国的教育客户合作。他在管理学领域中，专注在领导力发展、战略管理、战略营销、公司治理、企业家精神和企业道德等方面。他在政治经济学领域的研究则涵盖了包括国际关系、国际竞争、全球政治、美国政治和制度、微观和宏观经济学以及公共政策分析等方面。
Dr.Jasso holds a Ph.D. in political science and a master’s degree in public policyfrom Claremont Graduate University. Additionally, he holds an M.B.A. fromPepperdine University and a bachelor’s degree from UCLA. His teaching career issupported by working for many years in hospitality management for TheRitz-Carlton Hotel Company, in healthcare as a marketing director for anational hospital corporation, and in management consultancy serving clients inmultiple industries from healthcare, manufacturing, hospitality to wealthmanagement. Dr. Jasso serves on the board of directors of a global agriculturecorporation and works regularly with education clientele from China, Vietnam,Japan, India, Mexico and the UK. His management portfolio includesexpertise in leadership development, strategic management, strategic marketing,corporate governance, entrepreneurship and ethics. His political economyportfolio includes expertise in international relations, competition,global politics, American politics and institutions, micro and macroeconomics,and public policy analysis.

什么是企业家？
这就是看到现状之外的机会的人-就是这么简单。
然而，要成为企业家并真正创建企业，那就是风险与现实相融合的地方。
本次讲座的总体目标是传授大家关于企业家精神的知识——它是什么，创建它需要什么以及如何维持它。我们研究了企业家精神历史根源的经济基础，同时带给大家认识企业家精神如何帮助个人的职业发展，行业的创新和带动国家经济的发展。
What is an entrepreneur? This is the person who seesopportunity beyond the status quo-it’s that simple. Yet, to become anentrepreneur and to actually create enterprise, that is where risks and realitymerge. The overarching aim of this talk is to teach you aboutentrepreneurship-what is it, what it takes to create it, and how to sustain it.We examine the economic fundamentals that explain the historical roots of entrepreneurshipwhile providing clarity on how entrepreneurship can strengthen your career,innovate an entire industry and build the economy of the nation.
